Love Fest 2011

Here are a few pictures of our (the boys and me) Valentine's Day.  Daddy was in Korea playing war games.  We miss him lots and can't wait for him to join us back home.

Keeping the Faith.

It is such a comfort to know that know matter where in the world we live the Gospel is the same and we can attend the temple anywhere we are.  Kevin finally had a weekend where he could attend the temple.  The 1st Saturday of every month is in English so that's when their branch sets goals to go.  It is just a short 1 1/2 hour subway ride and he's there.

Formalities

Kevin has been gracious enough to share his talent of singing with those at his base. He has become quit the requested soloist. He recently attended an awards ceremony where he was requested to sing the US and Korean National Anthems. Here he is in his Mess Dress uniform (military tux).

Quackers anyone?

So, what do you do when you have been cooped up in the house for a week with temperatures below freezing and one day where the entire city shut down due to ice cover with snow?  You get out while you have the chance.  Today was 74* !!  i kid you not.  We pulled out the shorts and t-shirts and headed to the duck pond and fed the ducks stale bread.  The bread i made on Tuesday and could have eaten in on day but was good and didn't.  They have added a play ground so we just went to town and got a weeks worth of wiggles out of us.  better now since another cold front is headed our way Tuesday night.

I think this is my favorite
